1.1 Interpretation

1.4 Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.

1.5 Amendments

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your 786bdc account remains accurate and up to date at all times. 3.5 Inactive Accounts

4.5 Refused Transactions

786bdc reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such circumstances, 786bdc may place a hold on the relevant funds pending investigation and may report the transaction to relevant authorities.

4.6 Transaction Limits

786bdc may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at the platform level or at the individual account level. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits from within their account settings as part of the Responsible Gaming tools. Platform-level limits will be communicated to players as applicable.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

7.3 Prohibited Conduct

8.2 Closure by 786bdc

Following an investigation, 786bdc may permanently close an account where a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings derived from the prohibited activity — will be voided. In all other closure cases, any verified BDT balance held at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 786bdc account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are prioritised and processed immediately.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Following account closure, you will no longer be able to access the 786bdc platform using the closed account credentials. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the platform complies with local laws.
